Helen Nattrass Ltd. is a new venture for me, building on my 30 year career with major Civil Engineering Contractors and Consultants. My expertise lies in the ground; in tunnelling, foundations, deep excavations and basements. Of course to carry out this work it is necessary to have an in-depth appreciation of health, safety & welfare and risk. This underpins my technical skills at all levels. I have a successful track-record of co-ordinating work with local authorities and bodies such as Network Rail and London Underground.

My experience includes high profile tunnelling projects, prestige property developments, difficult temporary works/excavations and co-ordination work with city councils and other third parties such as rail and metro owners. I work as either as an independent advisor or as a member of an established team. I aim to bring the benefits of my experience to pre-construction or buildability studies and to packages of active work where my presence would give impetus and direction to the efforts on site. I can advise on the preparation of a wide variety of documents from Safety Plans, Method Statements and Lifting Plans to Approvals in Principle for major schemes.
